Role of the HCSCC

The Health & Community Services Complaint Commissioner (HCSCC) helps people – service users, carers and service providers – resolve complaints about health and community services, when a direct approach to the service provider is either unreasonable, or has not succeeded.

When you have a complaint about a health or community service, use the following instructions to assist in resolving the complaint.

The instructions provide a guide to assist service users, carers and their representatives make a complaint and make a difference.
