Introducing the Health and Community Services Complaints Commissioner
On 30 April 2012, Mr Steve Tully commenced as the Health and Community Services Complaints Commissioner. Mr Tully has been appointed for an initial 15 month term, until July 2013.
In his first week, Steve has worked through all open files with complaints officers and gained an appreciation of the breadth and diversity of the HCSCC's work.
Steve plans to continue working with the wide range of people, groups and organisations involved with HCSCC and is keen for HCSCC processes and outcomes to be widely publicised.
