A Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) is made between:

  • *NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission (NDIS Commission); and
  • *The Health and Community Services Complaints Commissioner, South Australia (HCSCC).

The purpose of the MOU is to establish the guidelines, processes, and purpose of collaboration and information sharing between the two parties.
