The Health and Community Services Complaints Commissioner (HCSCC), Dr Lynne Coulson Barr OAM, has issued a further interim prohibition order against Mr Fubo Jiang, who provided massage therapy services in West Lakes.

The order is effective for 12 weeks from 23 October 2026.
