Th future of the Supported Decision Making (SDM) project

HCSCC funded the SDM project for two  years with the intention of demonstrating the project's many benefits.
HCSCC hoped that the two independent evaluations of the HCSCC SDM project would increase the likelihood of the project carrying on into the future. The  HCSCC SDM project ended in August 2015.
