The Office of the Health and Community Services Complaints Commissioner is currently experiencing a period of limited staffing.

Our response times are slower than usual as new staff are recruited and trained. All contacts will be triaged according to urgency and forwarded to the appropriate officer for action.

Often, the quickest way to resolve a complaint is to contact the service provider directly. If you have not done this prior to contacting us, we will direct your complaint to the service provider to allow them to respond directly to you in the first instance.
