This exchange of letters (EoL) is made between:
- The Office of the Aged Care Quality and Safety Commission
- The Health and Community Services Complaints Commissioner (South Australia).
The purpose of the EoL is to set out processes for sharing information between the two statutory authorities to ensure that regulatory matters are managed by the most appropriate organisation.
