The office of the South Australian Health and Community Services Complaints Commissioner (HCSCC) is an independent, statutory office established by the Health and Community Services Complaints Act 2004 (the Act). The HCSCC opened to the public in October 2005. Debbie Martin – BSW MPHC GAICD, is currently the Interim Health and Community Services Complaints Commissioner and commenced this role on June 30 2025.
